Shipping & Handling
All orders ship within 7 business days. If an item is out of stock, I’ll reach out with updated production details. For expedited shipping beyond standard UPS Ground, please contact me at sarajorud@spiritjewell.com.
You’ll receive a tracking number once your package ships. The shipping times below are estimates and not guaranteed:

If your package is lost or damaged during shipment, please email sarajorud@spiritjewell.com right away for assistance. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, as I cannot make changes once the order is submitted.
International Orders
I ship to select international locations. Shipping charges do not include any duties, taxes, or customs fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.
Your package will be marked as “accessories” and include the retail value of the contents. Packages cannot be marked as gifts or have the declared value reduced.

Packaging & Gifts
Your jewelry will arrive beautifully packaged in a ribboned gift box. Every order includes an itemized receipt, but if you’re sending a gift directly to the recipient, just let me know and I’ll leave the receipt out for you.
Easy Returns & Free Exchanges
I want you to love your SpiritJewell jewelry! If it’s not quite right, I’m here to make the return or exchange process simple and stress-free.
Returns You can return your jewelry within 14 days of purchase. However, if 14 days have passed, I will not be able to accept a return.
Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging (pouches or jewelry boxes).

Refunds, Exchanges & Repairs
Refunds
Once I receive and inspect your return, I’ll email you to confirm its arrival and let you know if your refund is approved. If approved, I’ll refund your purchase and shipping costs, and credit your original payment method (credit card or PayPal). You’ll be automatically refunded within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since I approved your return, please contact me at sarajorud@spiritjewell.com.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank or credit card statement—it may take some time to post. If it’s still missing, feel free to reach out to me.
Important Sale items and custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned. Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on gift cards. If your item was a gift, I’ll issue a store credit instead of a refund. If your jewelry is damaged upon receipt, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order.
Free Exchanges
Love your jewelry but need a different size or style? No problem! You can exchange your item for free within 14 days of receiving it.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
To start your exchange, email sarajorud@spiritjewell.com with your order number and the details of the item you’d like instead. A prepaid exchange shipping label will be emailed to you within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends). Exchanged jewelry ships via USPS First Class at no extra charge. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Repairs
I guarantee the quality of my work. If your jewelry breaks under normal wear due to a defect in material or craftsmanship, reach out to me at sarajorud@spiritjewell.com and I’ll make it right.
Accidental damage repairs—whether from snagging, crushing, or other mishaps—will be assessed individually. Please note that if another jeweler repairs your piece, my implied warranty will no longer apply.
