SHIPPING:

All orders ship within 7 business days. If an item is out of stock, I'll reach out with updated production details. For expedited shipping beyond standard UPS ground, please contact me at sarajorud@spiritjewell.com.

SHIPPING & HANDLING
• Each piece is handcrafted, so please allow up to 7 days for shipping (often sooner).
• You'll receive a tracking number once your package ships.
• The shipping times below are estimates and not guaranteed.

SHIPPING METHODS:
• USPS 1st Class Mail – 3-7 business days
• USPS Priority Mail – 1-3 business days
• USPS Priority Express – 1-2 business days
• USPS 1st Class International Mail – Transit times vary (packages cannot be tracked once they leave the U.S.)
• USPS Priority International Mail – Transit times vary (packages cannot be tracked once they leave the U.S.)

• If your package is lost or damaged during shipment, please contact us or email sarajorud@spiritjewell right away for assistance.

• Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, as we cannot make changes once the order is submitted.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
• We ship to select international locations. Shipping charges do not include any duties, taxes, or customs fees, which are the customer's responsibility.
• Your package will be marked as “accessories” and include the retail value of the contents; we cannot mark packages as gifts or reduce the declared value.
