What if my jewelry breaks or I need a repair?
I guarantee the quality of my work. If your jewelry breaks under normal wear due to a defect in material or craftsmanship, reach out to me at sarajorud@spiritjewell.com.
Accidental damage repairs—whether from snagging, crushing, or other mishaps—will be assessed on an individual basis. Please note that if another jeweler repairs your piece, my implied warranty will no longer apply.

How long will it take my jewelry to ship?
Ready-to-ship items leave my studio within 7 days after purchase, with delivery times based on the shipping option you select. Most customers choose Priority Mail, which includes insurance and usually delivers within 3-5 days. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
I also offer expedited shipping for all in-stock items.
Made-to-order pieces ship within 2-6 weeks from beginning of collaboration of the design you would like me to create, with delivery times varying according to your chosen shipping method.

Can I return or exchange my jewelry?

For exchanges, enjoy free shipping—just contact me at sarajorud@spiritjewell.com and I'll send you a pre-paid shipping label.
For returns, please reach out. Once I receive and assess your unworn jewelry in its original packaging, I'll process your refund within a few days.
